Paul E. Carroll, P.E. - Vice President,

Paul Carroll has been involved in engineering design, project
management and construction administration for a wide range
of projects that include parks and recreational facilities,
bridges, high-rise, large scale commercial buildings and industrial
plants, commercial and residential subdivisions and water management
systems.
He has an in-depth knowledge of the complex environmental
regulatory process and has provided our clients with management
support in the preparation of bids and new project development.
