Galleria 400 building - Atlanta, Georgia
Jenkins & Charland provided structural engineering services to the
architect for this nineteen story office tower with associated structured
parking deck for 1,234 spaces, and covered walkway across a structured
pedestrian plaza at the existing Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta,
Georgia. The Centre presently has three high rise office towers, a
specialty mall and seven-level parking deck. Jenkins & Charland is
also providing engineering services on Galleria – 600 Building.

to the architect on this 22-story, high-end mixed-use entertainment
/ retail / hotel complex on the Atlantic Ocean. The facility includes
300 apartments and an underground 1,000-car parking garage. The design
of this complex utilized different framing systems due to site restraints
and proximity to the Coastal Construction Control Line.
