structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold
inspection services for this $72 million, 25-story, oceanfront 5-star
luxury resort condo/hotel tower.
Situated on almost 2 acres on Fort Lauderdale Beach, the 660,000
sq.ft., 333 unit development offers world-class hotel amenities
and services that include expansive balconies with magnificent ocean
views, state-of-the art security and telecommunications, a sixth
floor pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with two spas, pool
side cabanas, fitness center, pool side restaurant and indoor/outdoor
bar. The ground floor features include commercial/retail spaces,
an ocean side bistro, a 424-space covered parking garage, a 2,700
square foot, 200-seat ballroom and meeting facilities.

structural engineering services to the architect on this $35 million,
eighteen-story hotel resort over two levels of parking. The facility
is situated on 23 Gulfside acres with 474 guest rooms and suites,
an additional 50 tennis villas, and a 500-car garage.

to the architect on this 22-story, high-end mixed-use entertainment
/ retail / hotel complex on the Atlantic Ocean. The facility includes
300 apartments and an underground 1,000-car parking garage. The design
of this complex utilized different framing systems due to site restraints
and proximity to the Coastal Construction Control Line.
