and services that include expansive balconies with magnificent ocean
views, state-of-the art security and telecommunications, a sixth
floor pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with two spas, pool
side cabanas, fitness center, pool side restaurant and indoor/outdoor
bar. The ground floor features include commercial/retail spaces,
an ocean side bistro, a 424-space covered parking garage, a 2,700
square foot, 200-seat ballroom and meeting facilities. |

The facility includes 300 apartments and an underground 1,000-car parking garage.
