Main Street Parking Garage - Fort Myers, FL
The Restoration Division of Jenkins & Charland, Inc. was selected
by the City of Fort Myers' Department of Public Works for the restoration
of the 5-story parking garage structure. Services included a report
of existing conditions to establish the project scope and budget,
followed by technical specifications and bidding documents. Construction
was performed by the successful bidder in conjunction with routine
inspections and contract administration conducted by Jenkins &
Charland, while maintaining occupant use. |
