plants, parking garages, and practically all types of structures

Derek A. Wassink, P.E. - President
& CEO
As President & Chief Executive Officer of Jenkins &
Charland, Inc., Mr. Wassink is responsible for managing design
teams and project management for both public and private sector
clients. Responsibilities include contract negotiations, analyzing
work load and projecting manpower needs, development of plans
and specifications, design team management, quality assurance,
construction contract administration and project follow-through
- and coordination with all individuals involved in the successful
completion of our projects.

Stephen M. Bauer - Vice President,
Restoration Division
Mr. Bauer is responsible for statewide marketing and development
of restoration and repair services for existing structures and
building.
He provides daily overview and quality control of building inspections,
specification preparation, project bidding and contract administration
services provided by six Jenkins & Charland restoration division
staff.

Robert B. Goodman, P.E. - Managing
Principal, Atlanta Office
As Vice President & Managing Principal of the Atlanta office
of Jenkins & Charland, Inc., Mr. Goodman brings over 31
years experience providing structural conception, analysis,
design and working drawings for architects and builders since
1974. He has designed over one thousand buildings, ranging in
size up to eighteen stories and 400,000 square feet. Mr. Goodman's
experience includes extensive exposure to seismic design codes
and criteria.

Transportation Division
Paul Carroll has been involved in engineering design, project
management and construction administration for a wide range
of projects that include parks and recreational facilities,
bridges, high-rise, large scale commercial buildings and industrial
plants, commercial and residential subdivisions and water management
systems.

As Vice President and Managing Principal of the Fort Myers Structural Division of Jenkins & Charland, Mr. Moerschel has had a major role in the design and detailing of various projects and structure types including residential, hotels, office buildings, municipal, healthcare, educational, and small commercial buildings.

As Managing Principal of the Fort Pierce office, Mr. McGee has extensive experience in project design for a full range of publicly and privately funded projects including governmental, institutional, high-rise and commercial work. His twelve years of experience has enabled him to effectively manage both small and large-scale projects while providing a high level of service to the client.

has extensive experience in the restoration and renovation of
numerous building types.

D. Linwood Schultz, P.E. - Managing Principal, Tampa Office
As Managing Principal of the Tampa office, Mr. Schultz has more than 14 years experience on projects ranging in scope from educational facilities, healthcare, government, office buildings, hotels to parking garages. He has completed designs incorporating most construction materials including wood, steel, concrete, masonry and autoclaved aerated concrete. He has also completed renovation and restoration projects.
