Thomas A. Hagood, Jr., P.E. - Managing
Principal, Sarasota Office
As Managing Principal of the Sarasota office of Jenkins &
Charland, Mr. Hagood has had a major role in the design of numerous
building types that include healthcare facilities, parking garages,
high-rise residential & office, schools, and judicial facilities.
He also has extensive experience in the restoration and renovation
of numerous building types.
His responsibilities include contract negotiations, analyzing
work load and projecting manpower needs, development of plans
and specifications, design team management, quality assurance,
construction contract administration and project follow-through
- and coordination with all individuals involved in the successful
completion of our projects.
With more than 34 years experience, he can effectively manage
both small and large-scale projects while providing a high
level of service to the client. Mr. Hagood's experience includes
projects in Florida, Tennessee and Georgia.
